Payment Options

We offer two payment options for your convenience.

Full Payment

Full payment for your travel pass at the time of booking is preferred due to planning and seat scheduling.  Please fill in the booking form and choose Full Payment as your payment option.  Follow the instructions to complete the transaction, upon which you will receive a booking confirmation email with your Travel Pass Number (TPN).  This email, automatically generated by our booking system, is also your receipt.  Please retain your TPN as this will be your primary reference number for any inquiries regarding your trip.

Deposit payment

You can secure your pass at the current price, by paying a deposit of 20% of the total price.  Please fill in the booking form and choose Deposit as your payment option. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction, upon which you will receive an email with a confirmation number.  This email, automatically generated by our booking system, is your receipt and confirmation of your deposit payment at the current full price.  It will contain a Deposit Confirmation Number (DCN) and a link to complete the full payment. When you are ready to complete your purchase, you may follow the link to submit the balance payment form.

You can pay the balance due amount 1 month before your first date of travel.

Upon payment of the balance due, your purchase is complete and you will receive a booking confirmation email with your Travel Pass Number (TPN).  This is your receipt of confirmed full payment.  Please retain your TPN as this will be your primary reference number for any inquiries regarding your trip.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive a confirmation email with your Travel Pass Number, please kindly send us an email at booking@hoponlanka.com.  

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable.

In case you have lost your deposit confirmation email, please use the balance payment form and include your deposit confirmation number (DCN), to complete your payment.  If you do not have your DCN, please contact us via email at booking@hoponlanka.com

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept major credit cards and bank transfers for payment.

Credit card payments

For your convenience we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards for both deposits and full payments.  Credit card payments are processed through the secure internet payment gateway (IPG).  When processing credit card payments you will be directed to our bank’s secure IPG site and redirected back to our website upon successful payment processing. Please note that Hop-On Lanka website does not receive or retain any of your credit card information for security purposes.

Bank Wire Transfers

We accept Bank Wire Transfers for full payment only.  Please send us your contact details along with your preferred Travel Pass at booking@hoponlanka.com

Upon receipt of your email, we will respond within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your booking.  The email will contain the necessary details to complete your bank wire transfer.
Once the wire transfer has been completed (which usually takes about 5 working days) as confirmed by our bank, we will send you an email with your Travel Pass Number (TPN).  Please retain your TPN as this will be your primary reference number for any inquiries regarding your trip.

Please note that bank wire transfer usually takes about 5 working days.  However, please check with your bank as the processing time can vary by country and by bank.
